Non-Executive Chairman

Alexander Brennan joined Altitude Group Plc as Non-Executive Chairman in February 2025 and was appointed Executive Chairman on 15 July 2025. He concluded his tenure as Executive Chairman on 17 April 2026 and returned to his role as Non-Executive Chairman.

Alexander brings extensive leadership experience and strategic insight, having previously served in senior roles across multiple industries, driving growth and operational excellence. As Non-Executive Chairman, he provides leadership to the Board, oversees corporate governance, and supports the executive leadership team in the development and oversight of the Company’s strategy.

He works closely with Altitude’s senior leadership team, providing constructive challenge and guidance, and supporting the continued delivery of innovative, market-leading solutions for customers and stakeholders.
