Max Roberts

Independent Non-Executive Director

Max Roberts joined the Board of Altitude Group plc as an independent Non-Executive Director on 30 June 2026

Max brings more than 25 years' experience in enterprise software and payments technology. He is former Chief Operating Officer of IFS, the global enterprise software company, where he held responsibility for the strategic product and services portfolio, strategic partnerships and the Industry, Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management business units. He joined IFS from Stripe, where he was Chief Executive of the UK business before going on to lead the EMEA region during a period of rapid growth. Earlier in his career he held senior leadership roles at Salesforce and Oracle, and he has served as a Non-Executive Director of UK Finance, the trade association for the UK banking and finance industry.

Max's experience in payments, enterprise software and creating value from data supports Altitude's technology-led strategy and the Group's continued focus on its North American markets.
